IDisc Spring Washer used in high temperature are lock washers designed for fastening the connection of bolts.They are produced based on standard DIN6796, DIN2093, DIN2092, etc. Its used to connect medium or high-strength bolts.It is the involutory or congruent disc spring gasket. The involutory method combination can increase the deformation of the disc spring gasket group, and the congruent method combination can increase the spring power of the disc spring gasket group. The ideal installation method is to press to flat as possible. The more to close pressure status, the faster to increase the tension torque, no need to use the torque banner, can achieve the appropriate bolt tension.
ApplicationDisc Spring Washers are very useful for large bearing load and good elasticity resumption. The tension of bolt is able to endure the relaxation due to following: abrasion, deformation, relaxation, expansion due to heat, or shrinkage of wearing parts, or pressing of sealing parts. They greatly increase the elasticity of bolts, can effectively substitute for conventional spring washers, but not suitable for combinations of locking washers or flat washers.
